I just have to remember to use it!

I found some of the things in this video pretty useful.
- I did ended up buying a small two-inch tall inbox for the random papers that I have spread all over my desk. They were annoying me to the point where I thought it was a good point to buy one.
- I plan on buying a portable portfolio when I work a more graphics related job. I could see myself maybe meeting with people to discuss projects. I would have a small sketch pad in the portfolio to take notes on and draw something on the spot.
- I tried merging my gateway email with my personal email but that didn’t work out. I kind of figured it wouldn’t but I thought I would try anyways. I only use 1 email for everything, but it has a formal name for things like applications and work settings. I keep it clean though, I don’t have any spam coming into my inbox.

Saying "no" to people. Just saying "yes" all the time is something I've been trying to work on, but I still struggle deeply with it.
I like the ideas of mental triggers. It's awesome how our brain works and forcing it to recognize that it's work time is fascinating!
Using a notepad or even post it notes would be huge for me. I'm a big "out of sight, out of mind" person.
