To what extent did technology and strategy affect the outcome of WWII?

I believe the way Technology and Strategy affected the outcome of WW2 was by the nations creating new forms of technology that was brand new and unknown gave certain countries an advantage over others with them being trained with these said new technologies.
coming with new technologies came the need for new strategies to use the new weapons, because if you went against someone with a machine gun and you had a rifle, you will feel like a sitting duck so you'll want a new strategy and better weapons.

Attack on Pearl Harbor

The attack on pearl harbor was a very sad and unfortunate event that the US ever experienced and witnessed.
This attack also displayed an example of poor use strategy and sorta good use of newer technology.
The way the strategy was used was very inefficient and stupid. They clearly didn't plan this attack out properly. If planned out a little longer the whole war could've ended differently. (glad it didn't) It seemed though the kamikazes had only thought that taking out America's naval army would keep them off Japan and out of the war, but they were wrong so wrong. The reason i believe this was a poor strategy is that if they went after the oil supplies the states would've been screwed if the oil was destroyed.
In the way they used the "new technology" was used was the aircrafts. more specifically the fighter planes, flying guns and tanks..being on the ground you'll be dead and gunned down from above.

The Battle of Stalingrad

The Battle of Stalingrad had it's significance on the whole world and not just the USSR and Nazi Germany, but the entire allies.
It marked the turning point of the war, Germany started taking loses and the allies are taking W's if you will. (winning)
In the example of using good strategy was for the Russians, in their favor with the Serbians as well, the Russian winter was starting/started and the Germans had no proper gear to keep them warm and most froze to death and suffered hypothermia. The wet but frozen mud ruined the Germans tanks and had to walk by foot or use a horse. Helpful to the Russians, detrimental to the Germans.
Some ways that technology helped both sides was the machine guns that could gun down all corners, and the silent flying planes that flew over Germans to drop lethal bombs (usually in the dead of night.)

The bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki was shown to have prove how powerful and deadly new technology and a bit of strategy.
The united states was a bit of sleeping beast, the Japanese provoked it.
They caught them in a bad mood and the States came out viciously swinging, before the hibernation the United States was working a secret deadly weapon that was under covered as the Manhattan project.
This new technology proved how terrifying something new if not used correctly can be extremely fatal. There wasn't much a strategy it was more a test and unveil for this weapon.
