         <description><![CDATA[<div>The consensus for recruiting medical physicians was reflected and reinforced by federal legislation providing financial support for medical education. Founding for new medical school requires several years of collecting necessary resources, and recruitment of faculty and staff. Decline in applicants peaked when the Medical College Admissions Test was required for applicants to apply. This decline was credited to the Graduate Medical Education National Advisory Committee established in 1980.<br><br></div>]]></description>

He believes that with the road map system in place this could help not only help students keep track of their curriculum but also would relive the pressure of the students of not being able to prioritize their work. Dating back to 1750 informal classes and demonstrations, mainly in anatomy, began in the centre of medical interest , Philadelphia,. John Morgan, who was inspired by the detached courses of  William Shippen's series of anatomical lectures that essentially were made to improve the anatomical schools in Europe ; John Morgan used his lectures to propose to the trustees of the College of Philadelphia the idea to install a professorship in the theory and practice of medicine. The trustees were in his favor and the occupation was established. </div>]]></description>
