If I could create the 51st state, it would be called Koojyma.  Koojyma would be near California.  Important things I will have to think about if others would agree to create my state. (And if anyone would vote for it).  I would also make sure that the state deserves votes, I can't just make any random new state.  I need to make sure whether people would want the state.  Will Trump agree? 

I would create this state because some states have important laws, some really strict.  If I create Koojyma, it can have different laws than other states so many people would want to live there.  Sometimes when states are created, people who already live there may want to move.  But if I create Koojyma, most likely stay would want to stay because, like I said, Koojyma has different and more free rules than other states. 

Kids at school would learn everything else other regular schools learn, but they learn more advanced things.
