Steam would become an important source of power for the Industrial Revolution. <br>- 1760: in the textile industry in Great Britain. This meant that the military had a lot of power and countries of that military felt powerful as well. An example of this was when Europe tried to colonise Africa. Before the Industrial Revolution, eurpoe yried and failed because the guns at the time could only fire 4 bullets in a minute. However after the Industrial Revolution, Europe  had better guns and defeated the tribes in Africa.</div>]]></description>
