In Drawing Club this week, the children discovered Bananaman, - a classic superhero cartoon from the past. He transforms into a strong, muscular hero by gulping down bananas. The children absolutely loved watching this animation and had a fantastic time drawing him and creating magic codes to spark all kinds of playful mischief!

PE day for Reception Class is on Mondays 

This Wednesday was so special! The children and the adults were so excited to see the first snow falling on our playground. Some of the children were convinced it must be Christmas and they even managed to make a few snowballs. We all loved the huge snowflakes landing on our faces and some of us even tried to eat them!

PE days for Year 1 & Year 2 are on Mondays and Wednesdays 

In English, we have been reading 'The Stolen Spear' by Saviour Pirotta which the children have been really engaged with.  They have been planning their narratives which will involve solving the mystery of the stolen spear. Our classrooms have been turned into incident rooms, and the Year 3 and 4 'detectives' have been assessing the evidence, opportunity and motives for our potential suspects! Some wonderful ideas for who the culprit could be and what clues our hero (Wolf) may find in order to uncover the thief!

Year 5 and 6 had a fantastic time taking part in a workshop led by the Born Free charity. Through dance, role play, and engaging group activities, the children explored important themes of conservation and animal behaviour. It was such a thought‑provoking day , helping pupils to understand how they can play a part in protecting wildlife while having fun together. Well done everyone you were amazing!
