         <description><![CDATA[<div>While they both create a gas, boiling forms water vapor (water in its gas form) and electrolysis forms hydrogen and oxygen. Because water vapor is water in its gas state that means boiling is not a chemical reaction. Boiling is simply a phase change from liquid to gas. Electrolysis on the other hand is a chemical reaction. This is proven because you can see gases form in the test tubes. The water becomes hydrogen and oxygen. </div>]]></description>
