In station teaching, students learn a concept in 2 or 3 stations that they rotate through. We use intentional grouping to determine student flow to the stations.

We're planning to integrate the IC map as part of the OpenSciEd work. I'm also wondering if it would make a good entry point for teachers to reflect on their current practice and then develop a learning plan to engage with small learning modules (thinking along the lines of micro-credentials) that target the area(s) they want to work on and then complete it again at the end of their learning to look at potential growth.

So many good ideas. Zach and Hunter. Thank you! Taking a "we are all in this together" stance is what I heard. . Build on the things going well for the new teachers and dig into a few areas to improve with feedback. I liked the Thrive - Survive idea! The observations in the classrooms should include debriefing conversation rooted in the framework of we all are working to improve that is NOT all about teaching and learning....buidling a relationship is the key.
