At the clinic level- we have asked our implementation teams to think through a similar question--- who else needs to take ownership of the intervention to continue sustaining it.

Ideally every partner would be invited to discuss sustainability! The way those discussions are organized are important (e.g. who facilitates, private 1:1, within group, across groups, etc).

we have discussed internally -- and will move to our coalition soon -- identifying multiple associations and organizations that might be able to distribute the final "toolkit" as a best practice (if we end up proceeding as we hope!)

At the higher level of the project overall- thinking through scale up, spread, and sustaining the work once the grant funding has ended---- we are working on a plan for where our materials might continue to exist . . . but often those centers/groups are also soft money . . . so finding an organization that will last is challenging.
