Hyposecretion of Oxytocin results due to Panhypopituitarism; low baseline levels of hormones secreted in the posterior pituitary. This can cause a decrease in uterine contractions and milk ejection.
Hypersecretion of Oxytocin can result in a tearing of the uterus during labor and contractions during the birthing process. The high levels of oxytocin in men can also result in prostatic benign hyperplasia, which is the enlarging of the prostate gland.

Hyposecretion:
An excessive amount of antidiuretic hormone can lead to the body excreting too much water. This can lead to dehydration due to an increase in urine volume and a decreased blood pressure.
Hypersecretion:
Hypersecretion of the antidiuretic hormone causes the kidney to retain water in the body. This results in diluted blood with a low salt concentration.
ADH relates to the adrenal cortex because it retains water whereas a hormone in the adrenal glands (Aldosterone) releases fluids. So the hyposecretion of ADH is the same as the hypersecretion of Aldosterone.
