         <title>From Dispute to Resolution.  An peration in Fairness.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>If you have a dispute with one of the participating financial entities, the first step you must take is to make a formal complaint to that entity. If at that point, you still feel that you were wronged, you may then bring your complaint to the OBSI. their team of professionals will review each case, starting with the financial entities response. This allows them to know each parties position in the matter. From there they conduct an investigation and make a decision that is fair to both parties taking into account a number of factors including good financial service and business practice, the law and regulatory guidelines and any other applicable standards and codes of conduct. If they believe that a complaint is justified and financial compensation warranted, they will recommend a facilitated settlement between the parties as quickly as possible. Upon completion of their investigation and recommendation, they will provide both parties with a written report. Although they are not a court or arbitrator, they have an excellent record of their members following their  recommendations and settling with their clients. </div>]]></description>
