What are the sources of land pollution ?

The sources of land pollution are the packaging and containers we use every day.Such as cardboard, paper, plastic, bottles and cans products.According to the Hong Kong Solid Waste Monitoring Report, Hong Kong people generate an average of 1.5 kilograms of garbage per person every day.

Hong Kong people love shopping very much . They buy a lot of things in the shopping centre but they are useless. They buy the objects for decorations and free gifts. They produce lots of garbage .It’s aggravates the land pollution.

How can we improve this problem ?

The solutions are as follows:

First,We can bring our own water bottles,bag,towels,tablewares.Therefore we can reduce waste production .

Second,we should use less the plastic, disposable items…So that we can reduce the chances of an increase in the amount of waste in landfills.

Third, we shouldn’t buy a lot of things we don’t need to use.Before shopping, we should think clearly whether that thing is we want or we need.

It can be seen that as long as we take the above three measures, we can reduce the problem of land pollution. In fact,there are many ways to improve this problem. Example reducing waste production,recycling waste,reusing waste which can improve the problem of land pollution.Starting from today,let’s save our earth together.
