         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is exactly what it sounds like, substituting words for other words, or gestures that mean the same thing.<br>This can be useful to build rapport with the person interviewing you, using gestures in a non-cholent way can sometimes show confidence.  Must be careful not to seem disrespectful though.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>These cues are meant to control the flow of a conversation and convey when the listener is displeased or potentially wants to speak.&nbsp; This can be a dangerous way to communicate in my opinion.&nbsp;<br>This is one way I would try to avoid in an interview, as it may come off as rude if I attempt any form of interjection against the person I am interviewing with.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>More of a subtle communication usually between people who know each other well or it can be used to lighten the mood.&nbsp; Something as simple as showing your fingers are crossed to show you're lying can be one example. &nbsp;<br>This could be useful in an interview to show a laid back personality, only to be used if you believe it is professionally appropriate and can help your chances of getting the job.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This type of communication is usually in contextual situations.&nbsp; Shaking your head in disapproval, nodding in agreement.&nbsp; It is meant to go in conjunction with dialogue.<br>In an interview, if the person interviewing start shaking their head, it tends to be a bad sign.  At that point in order to save my chances, I may need to elaborate on an answer I had given in a way to reverse their reaction.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This type of communication can be used to put emphasis on words, such as raising your voice or changing the way you say certain words to add emphasis or questioning to that phrase.<br>I would use this in an interview to emphasize some of the strengths I may have, and undercut some of the flaws that may be mentioned.<br><br></div>]]></description>
