Opposite of advantage, cotton has many disadvantages like cotton fabric wrinkle easily so I always have to iron it and cotton durability is not high. In my opinion, weekly goal is the most effective way to build a relation ship is that we have to find common issues to discuss together. Because they just met for the first time, there will be people who are afraid to start a conversation and learn about each other. The best way to talk is to set a common goal and accomplish it together. We can understand each other's personalities and ways of working, understand each other's strengths and weaknesses to see if two people are compatible with each other. On the other hand, work is also an easy way to start a conversation, people with similar work interests will be easier to talk to. From work problems two people can steer to other problems of life as naturally as possible. Move to the bust: we will measure the fullest part of the bust, this measurement may be same as your bra size 
Width waistline: we will measure the smallest part of the waist           
Shoulder to waistline: we measure shoulder tip to the side seam waistline intersection           
Center front length: measure at the center front of neck to wherever you want your dress to stop. This depends on your design
Sleeves: we start from the highest point of the shoulder and measure down to where you’d like your sleeve to end
