The first video focuses on creating a morning routine. Morning routines are incredibly important for forming structure within the day. The video recommends many tips, first being getting up earlier. Secondly, they recommend to start small, and build up practice of the morning, as well as tracking progress. Finally, they recommend building up the morning routine. This includes building productive habits like drinking water, exercising, as well as removing negative habits like looking at one's phone. I chose this video because I agreed with all the techniques listed, I prefer getting up early and using it as a productive time slot before my day officially begins.

The second video focuses on learning to learn quicker through the Feynman technique. The Feynman technique basically is the idea of learning better through teaching someone else as you are learning. Explaining a concept helps to improve ones understanding of that concept. I chose this video because I thought it was incredibly interesting and different from what we are usually taught. I have never heard or attempted the technique of learning through teaching, and because it is such a unique practice, I plan to attempt it myself.

The final, third video is about how to stop wasting time, specifically on the internet. Wasting time on the internet is an incredibly severe and common problem for the current generation, especially under the restrictions of the pandemic. This video specifically recommends applications to avoid notifications and distractions, like ColdTurkey. This application force-blocks websites of your choice, as well as too general access to the internet while typing. This video, however, does mention that the internet is a valuable source as well, but distractions need limiting. I chose this video because it is a problem I too face during everyday life and schoolwork. However, I don't feel I personally gained as much as I could have from this video, as my distractions never result from the computer itself, but rather my phone.

I chose this article because it similarly gives tips more catered towards myself as a college student. This video aligns with the videos, most primarily the first video focused on mourning routines, as it is the same topic, but more focused on college students.
