To quickly find the solution to a math problem this was our life saver. This 70's invention helped us save time, reduce errors, and was affordable. The teachers didn't supply us with the calculators we had to make that purchase. The price of mine was about $20. The calculators also lasted a long time and were the perfect size to put in my school bag.

The computer labs were starting to fill up with these personal computers! Everyone was so excited as the new technology came rolling in. There weren't too many set up yet, so there was a lot of sharing within us students. I had a typing class where we put these babies to work more than ever. For access to the internet, the computer would take a little bit of time to load the site, but it definitely got the job done.

The second I walked into class and saw this tv, A smile immediately appeared on my face. These tv's were a fan favorite because it meant we got to watch a movie or a video during class. This was great because it took up class time for actual work. The teachers would typically have to rent these out, so it wasn't very often we would get the treat to use them. To watch a video or a movie it would usually be through a VHS tape.

The talk of the town was when Apple had released its first laptop with wifi. It was rare when students had these laptops as well as the teachers because of limited availability and cost. But over the years, these laptops were popping up everywhere and more and more people got their hands on these prized possesions.

From as long as I can remember in school we always had the chromebook carts somewhere in the classroom. These devices were used more than most supplies in the classroom. The chromebooks have been useful for so many things. Group projects, researching, and of course playing games when the teacher wasn't looking. It was always so fun to create our own wallpaper. Us students were each assigned a number usually by order of last name, and that was our chromebook for the year. We would always have to sign in and out each time we used the chromebooks and couldn't really take them home unless we asked for premission.

All around school my peers have airpods in at all times of the day. For girls, it's very easy to hide the device under their hair, but for us guys we have to pay the consequences of either putting it in the ear where the teacher can't see or not listen to music that class period. Most teachers prefer the classic wired earbud during testing and instances like that , but for the most part us students connect our airpods to the chromebooks or of course our phones. They are a very big distraction though, and aren't a fan favorite for most teachers I have had. I love my airpods and use the heck out of them during school hours specifically. Whenever I switch class periods, or even in class I use them. Music keeps me awake during these long school days.
