Loss = Total money left over after the expenses, if lower than the break even point.
Current Liabilities = Something that must be paid within 12 months.
Working Capital = Money the business needs to trade every day.
Debtor = Someone who owes the business money.
Creditor = Someone the business owes money to.
Gross Profit = The profit a company makes after deducting the costs associated with making and selling it's product.

Break-even =  Fixed Cost/Selling Price - Variable Cost
NET Cash Flow = Inflows - Outflows
Closing Balance = Opening Balance + NET Cash Flow
Working Capital = Current Assets - Current Liabilities
Selling Price = Total Fixed Costs/Break Even + Variable Costs
Opening Balance = Last Months Closing Balance

BEP = Where there is no profit or loss. The money made equals the exact amount of money spent.
Direct Costs = Costs that are directly related to that certain output. For example: stuffing for a teddy bear making factory.
