HARMONY CARDS:  COMMUNITY BUILDERS
Human Wordsearch - Give each child a paper with a letter on it.  Challenge children to combine their letters to form a word.
Silent Order - Everyone is randomly assigned a number and then must line up in order without talking.
Category Call Out - The caller announces a category (eg favorite colors, favorite Christmas food) and everyone has to form groups as fast as possible based on the category.
Smile - Pass a smile around the circle

EXAMPLE: It is your day to use the computer and you invite a friend to work with you. Student Activity 1. Students list (or teachers write) ways to share with their classmates. 2. Make a collage of people sharing. 3. Divide the class into small groups and have them share fish crackers or other snacks evenly between them. After the Lesson 1. Students identify situations and places where it was helpful to share. 2. Students discuss how they felt when they shared or someone shared with them. 3.
