         <title>Smoking</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Smoking is really bad for every part of your body, but it really takes a toll on the heart. Smoking can cause fatty build up in the arteries and many problems relating to communication with the lungs. Cigarette smoke is a large factor in coronary heart disease. Coronary heart disease is the blockage of the path of oxygen filled blood on it's way to the heart. The easiest way to avoid any health issues related to smoking is to quit smoking. Or, if you haven't smoked before, don't start now. You feel the benefits of quitting minutes after your last cigarette. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Cholesterol</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are two types of cholesterol: bad cholesterol and good cholesterol. Higher good cholesterol is a good thing, but high bad cholesterol is not a good thing. Bad cholesterol refers to the plaque build up in arteries. Contributing to this build up would be diets high in saturated fats and trans fat. Like most problems involving the heart, it can be helped with exercise. Having a healthy diet and exercise schedule are the keys to maintaining heart health. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Blood pressure is how much force your blood in pushing on to the walls of your blood vessels. If your blood pressure is elevated there can be many risks, from heart attacks to strokes. High blood pressure can be caused by a diet that's high in sodium or low in potassium. Other causes include not being physically active, family history, age, or even race. If your blood pressure is above normal (130+), it's likely you will need to visit your doctor for a check up. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Obesity is when there are increased amounts of fat cells in your body. Obesity is a serious condition and can lead many heart problems, including increased blood pressure and atherosclerosis (the narrowing of an artery passage because of plaque build up). Causes of obesity can be factors like your environment and your family history. To treat obesity, one should eat healthy and exercise regularly.          <title>Diabetes</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are two types of diabetes: type 1 and type 2. Type 1 diabetes refers to when your body can't produce insulin to take sugar out of the blood. Type 2 diabetes refers to your body making too much insulin, therefore making your body less sensitive to the insulin. That makes it difficult for the insulin to take sugar out of the blood. Both types can be caused by genetics and environmental factors. However, type 2 diabetes can be associated with being obese and having a poor diet. Diabetes is treated with insulin substitutes, and avoiding having diabetes is fairly easy if you don't have a negative family history. Having a healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle is key to avoiding this heart issue.<br>These are some risks that go along with diabetes:</div>]]></description>
