It is about the boy who is the son of the inn keeper in the days of Jesus's birth. Abe, the inn keeper's, son wants to help Mary and Joseph by providing them with hay for the manger in order for Jesus to lie peacefully. As Abe journeys to market to buy hay for the manger before it closes at sundown, he comes across many people who he sees are in need of help. Abe kindly offers to help and by the time he reaches the market it has already closed. Feeling sad he walks to the stable without hay. When he arrives he hears the baby cry. As he enters the stable he notices there is hay in the manger. All the people abe had helped brought hay to the manger thanking abe for his kindness. The peom explains that we may never understand what a person is struggling with or battling with until we come upon these struggles to feel what they are feeling and put ourselves in their situation. That is why we have to be kind. Just like the kindness Auggie shows in the book "Wonder" the kindness shown is this video is like a ripple effect.
