Here's a bag of balls and bibs crack on. A very daunting experience for alot of people no clue to plan drills, training sessions. Maybe look at doing some sort of managers training day, we have alot of veteran managers and ant running soccer's schools, get the managers together demonstrate drills, training sessions sorry to go on 🤣.

Equipment on the solly 
Setting up on the solly at the moment not enough pegs for the nets or to secure the goals to the ground I actually found a U peg left on the solly luckily to peg the goal down maybe a sign out sign in sheet for equipment in the container if 3 games are on at one time never going to be enough equipment.

More times than not teams are waiting for a decision which suits x40 teams when if the it was, lets say a decision for x10 teams these decisions could be done quickly. 
We have recently been waiting for the end of season trophies to be ordered but couldn't because certain teams still hadn't give there squad numbers / winners in, meaning, some teams who gave this information in back in Feb when asked wont receive them now until the back end of June.
This is one example, but the same argument could made in presentation dates, tournament dates / setting and manning the day.
I think we all agree that a lot of work gets done by a small minority when we have the best part of x40 coaches & assistants who could share the work load, I believe if it was split between the boys and girls more would step up and play there part.
