So in this book Luffy gets Nami to join his crew the scout and then they encounter a pirate name Captain Buggy. This is when they stop in the small town that he has taken over. So Luffy and Captain Buggy start to fight over the map of the grand line which is where they are trying to go. The most interesting thing about this book is the plot. I like the plot because it seems so random but, cool because he wants to be the best pirate and has powers but, the only downside is he can't swim. You need to swim because what if you go overboard which is ironic. This book is so great and it even has a TV show if you don't read which is also good. The best thing though is the goofy plot because it's so goofy it's interesting because he is a pirate who can't swim which is also funny. I think this book is a stepping stone to the next one even though their are other parts that I can't wait to read.
