         <description><![CDATA[<div>9 am - Clock in<br><br>9.05 am - Do the hiring posting on the Facebook groups and wait for people to comment or private message and ask questions. If there are any people who are interested in the rider job, I will tell them about the information for the rider job and guide them to WhatsApp the number given.<br><br>1 pm - Lunch time<br><br>2 pm - Try to reply the message on WhatsApp if there are people who come and ask about the requirements and information to be the rider.<br><br>There are two packages for the rider can choose to register. The first is rider under our company which they never become the food rider before. This type of package also has been divided into two which are car rider and motorcycle rider. If they choose to be a car rider, they need to pay a total of RM140 which RM50 is for two T-shirts, RM50 is for the deposit, and RM40 is for insurance, while if they choose to be a motorcycle rider, they also need to pay a total of RM140 which RM50 is for two T-shirts, RM50 is for the rider box, and RM40 is for insurance. Then the second one is riders that have become food riders on other platforms before. This type of rider we called "Lala". "Lala" only needs to pay an RM25 with no T-shirts and rider box and if they hit the target of 25 orders within one month, this RM25 will be refunded for them. The second choice for "lala" is RM100 with rider box and if they hit the target of 100 orders within two months, this RM100 will be refunded for them.<br><br>6 pm - Clock out</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today is the first day of my internship.<br><br>9 am - Clock in and reporting myself at Hungry PG Delivery SDN BHD. I'm officially part of the company as a practical student. I have been introduced myself and brought by my supervisor to visit around the office.<br><br>There are three office rooms in Hungry PG Delivery SDN BHD which the first room is for Human Resources department and Administration department, the second room is for Marketing department, and the third room is for Business Development department.<br><br>10 am - I was assigned to the Human Resources department because my position for the internship is Human Resources Executive. My supervisor had slightly explained the flow of the Human Resources process for hiring the workers such as riders and administrators.<br><br>11 am - I have learned some ways on how to follow up the message such as using some formal terms and standard messages.<br><br>1 pm - Lunch time<br><br>2 pm - My supervisor passed me the social media account, email account, and company system (IAM system) account. I have learned the certain functions of IAM system and when to use these accounts.<br><br>4.30 pm - My supervisor sent me the pictures and the captions that need to be put when doing the hiring post.
