In my head I didn't really know what it was at first but when I went to the first practice I immediately regretted it. But overtime I got to be a better runner and it helped my speed and stamina improve a whole lot. I made the rogers track team and I made the best memories of my life with my amazing teammates that I will never forget. I still do cross country this year and I love all of my teammates even more than I did last year. We thought this was really cool because we could do whatever we wanted and not tell her mom. But a problem was I had the worst anxiety and panic attacks known to man. Every time I would accidentally make eye contact or did something embarrassing I would automatically think that person hated me or think that I was weird. My mom would always have to say stuff for me or say my words for other people because I was the shyest girl in the world. That was when we went into a store and I saw the prettiest key chain I had ever seen. But my anxiety levels shot through the roof when I realized my mom wasn't there to help me. I didn't want my friend thinking that I was weird so I paid for the key chain and it didn't go as I expected. It actually went really really well and after we walked out of the store I felt like a new person.
