    2- Being receptive and open for comments or feedback or even thoughts that are opposing to yours; always tell ourselves that these comments are meant to help us know our weaknesses and work on them to convert them to strengths and leverage instead of looking at them as criticism. Need to keep in the back of my mind that I am good at what I do and I am learning how to do it even better from experts in the field
    3- Acceptance & welcoming attitude of being shuffled from one project, item, task to another; remembering that every project/task help us gets exposed to different people, knowledge, processes & thoughts--> learn from colleagues --> which ultimately lead to growth 
    4- Learn to ask instead of trying to figure it all out; sometimes we waste time trying to do it on our own. Learning when to ask when needed to be asked; there is no shame in that
    5- Develop more friendly engaging relationships with everyone
