This is true, they are people in the world who will use their power to hurt others. To prevent this, the government should pass a stricter gun test. I was talking to one of my former teachers who had toke the test to legally own a gun. He told me that he failed the driver's test about 7 times before he passed. When he toke the test so he could legally own a gun, he passed on the first try. He said that the questions were things like, "if you had a loaded gun, will you point it at a friend?"
