The perspective that was offered was one of the people who believed that the actions of the government were driven by a form a racism. The response has been less that up to par as they left many people without support for unreasonable amounts of time. Their argument stemmed for the idea that had the areas effected been of rich white neighborhoods the response would have been more effective and urgent. </div>]]></description>
