- It has to be a whole school approach and not just some teachers who are flipping as the teachers and students have to be logistically able to participate in a flip classroom.
- Coordination / Masterplan for flipped lessons is always the key to sustainability. We do not want to overwhelm the students.
- Sharing of resources amongst teachers will make it easier to sustain.
- PD of teachers to ensure they are sufficiently competent to flip their classrooms.
- Student feedback is important to maintain their involvement in the flipped classroom.

Teachers coming together to collaborate and share their flipped lessons. e.g each teacher to create one flipped lesson on one topic and the rest focus on other topics. Schools can also share with each one work on different subjects. So collectively, the resource bank will be extensive.
