- Coordination / Masterplan for flipped lessons is always the key to sustainability. We do not want to overwhelm the students. 
- Sharing of resources amongst teachers will make it easier to sustain.
- PD of teachers to ensure they are sufficiently competent to flip their classrooms.

- find ways to give leeway, e.g. anticipate teachers may have other commitments so give more time for them to do their readings or to watch the videos
- work as a team so the responsibility of creating the videos can be shared out
