Its not out of the ordinary to visit a friend or family member. People out of the country can come to America to visit a loved one without a problem. You will have to show some form of idenity if your from out the country but in most cases its not hard to come visit to America.IF you live in the same country all you would have to do is buy a plane ticket and soon enough you jumping in the arms of your best friend! Its that easy. Visiting to or in America isn't restricted unless you have a felony or your on the run from the police :)
