ingredients
*butter
*onion
*lamb
*meat water (a glass of water)
*tomato paste
*salt, blackpepper, cummin
*bean

Leave the beans soaked overnight with boiled water in a pot and boil them in covered condition. Melt the butter in a separate pan. Add the meat to the melting oil. Slowly. Peel off the onion's shells, chop them in half-moon (rhymes) and add to the meat, stir. Add enough broth to cover the top of the meat and leave it covered for 5-10 minutes. Add the slug into the meat and mix well. Close the cover again. Stir in boiled beans and add to the meats. Add 1 cup water more meat juice and mix. Add salt, pepper, cumin.

Cook the bean sprouts in a 180-degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
