Looking back at how much progress has been made in environmental sustainability at Oxfam over the last couple of years, this is in no small part thanks to your leadership, creativity and relentless optimism. The place we're in now is a far cry from where Oxfam was when I joined and although this isn't when or how either of us were hoping to leave things, you've laid important groundwork which I'm sure will be built on as Oxfam looks to the future. It's been a real pleasure to work so closely with you over the last couple of years - I've learnt a lot from you, and thank you for all your support. Keep in touch!

When you had first reached out to our team, I believe that I hadn't shown the necessary enthusiasm, not because I didn't see the importance of ES, but because I was quite swamped and not properly supported. Saying this, because it was a lot thanks to you, your professionalism and people skills that I engaged in the project the way I gradually engaged, and for this, I am thankful, and give you a huge credit!

I really did learn a lot from you, from how structured. methodical and well-organized you are, to how respectful towards your colleagues you are, how open to new ideas and feedback, and how feminist, as we would say at Oxfam, in everything you do!
