I learned how to cook from my grandmother, and I have already seen a lot of famous chiefs’ cooking videos such as Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver and Andre Jiang. In these videos that teacher gave me, there was one thing that was said by Andre really touched me. He said that if you doing something and you started to feel tired that means you lost your passion on it. The reason why it touched me is I am still trying to find something that I really like or even could be my future job. Andre gave me the solution to let myself sure if this thing is what I really enjoy to do or it is just a 3-minute passion. The solution is I try it. Although there is already a system that will check the thing that you upload, there is surly nothing can classify what is appropriate for children. And at the same time, no one could really limit it. There is no law could control it accurately. I think this is quit a big problem for modern world. Like the speaker said we can’t just change the technology itself, we need start with what create technology, which is us. I know that some of the games that I play have professional and international competition. So E sports to me is a competition that is played by the player who use computers, Xbox, Switch or Play Station 4 and bring entertainment to the audience and themselves. I agree that teenagers become E sports players only if that teenager has passion and talent on the game. E sports players aren’t as easy to be as we thought. They have to practice a lot time each day. If you don’t have enough passion, you will give up very soon. During the sleep, our heart rate will drop and blood pressure go down. We won’t get this reboot without a sleep. It will make us easier to get cancer or any other disease. The way we want to have a good sleep is keep the devices that will make blue light away from our bed.
