In the poster, the basketball 🏀 shooting skill is not a natural skill for some. If requires multiple practices, time and effort for mastery. 

Students can apply the same mindset in other subjects to improve themselves. Focus on the improvement & progression rather than just focusing on the scores.

The animals are working together to complete the robot. Each of them has a different talents (e.g.: Totti is good at coding, Hoppi and the dog are more hands on, not sure about the elephant though), and yet they are working together.

3) How would you use this poster as a CCE teacher to help students to make connections?
Each student can represent one character, and how to come together to work together.

Suggestions:
Need to unpack: What is "To achieve more"?
Poster already speaks for itself. Have posters that stimulates conversations rather than informative. 
Posters should use gender neutral characters.
