During an in-person Professional Learning Experience (PLE), participants become increasingly frustrated, arguing that there is excessive burden of initiative overload (outside the of remit of Oide). How do they maintain the focus of the PLE?

05 Sep 2025 The PLE you are facilitating is in progress. A participant arrives 20 minutes late (after you have established the group's ways of working) and proceeds to disrupt and negatively influence the others at their table, making dismissive remarks and changing the dynamics within the group.
