Super Disasters MCMC (Or, MC^2) Question #3 by Michael Strom

During class, Ursula telepathically communicated to Usher the answer to this question. She told him the answer was D. Usher was very scared. He was even more frightened because he totally thinks Ursula is wrong!! Usher thought back that the answer is
C.

Besides the fact that it is wrong to cheat, who is correct?

It’s just a part of nature that humans are not able to stop. So, Ursula is correct and Usher isnt.
