         <description><![CDATA[<div>How can we set measurable goals for "Asking questions and leading discussions ¨ and include a plan for progress monitoring? The goal was to collaborate with a peer to develop strategies to improve this goal for students. How can VTS be utilized to ask 3 questions that transfers to students asking questions and collaborating with peers- it is not content driven. These questions would also transfer vertically for Teachers.Wait time is also crucial with a focus on NOT one right answer. PE- ¨I don't know, but I like to know¨. Math talks. </div>]]></description>
