My name is Alondra Cebrera. I’m 18 years majoring in health science. My friends usually call me “Alo.” My favorite color is pink and on my free time I like to watch Netflix or scroll through TikTok. I enjoy cooking with my mom. Especially when we make pasta. Pasta is my specialty and I love making it. I like spending time with my family and going out on trips. Especially when we go to Disneyland. It’s always a memorable experience and it’s always a lot of fun. Especially my gradnite trip. I got to go with my close friends and it was just so much fun. Being 18 in college is scary at times. I feel like I’m not 100% sure what I will end up majoring in. My dream job is to be a registered nurse and build up my degree to become a travel nurse. I know it’s a lot of work, but if I just continue to not give up and keep my mindset right, I will succeed. When I’m stressed out, I usually listen to music, especially songs by Karol G. Many may not like her songs, but I feel like she’s my escape to reality. Being the youngest in my family is challenging because all my sisters graduated college, and are working as their profession. There’s a lot of pressure on me, because not only do I want to graduate college, but I want to pursue a better major than them. I’m not saying I’m trying to compete with them, but they’ve always told me to choose a major higher than there’s. I’m currently playing for the college of the desert women’s team.
