2. Listening attentively - when working online I need to make sure I am listening to all speakers and trying to focus on what they're saying even though it may be difficult online.
3. Engaged in Self Reflection - so far through online learning I feel like I've just been "surviving" and doing what I need to do. I have been communicating a lot with the teachers I support to offer ideas. After chatting, I often follow up with a written version of our discussion.

2. Honoring Promises - I have had to keep a good running list of the things I said I would do. Time is weird right now and the days sometimes get away from me.

I feel this is important to me to know that it is okay to share my ideas and not worry what others think. It is important that all ideas are heard.

I need to make sure that I keep eye contact with the speaker so they know that I am with them.
3. Honoring promises
I need to make sure that I do what I say that I am going to do. If that means I go to the meeting I show up for the meeting. If I am going to reach out to someone I make sure I do what I say I am going to do.
