They may also mention how it gives parents and students a picture of how they are doing compared to other kids locally and nationally as well as how the school compares to other schools. 
They will probably also bring up how if a school doesn't reach a certain score, then they will receive aid to get them back on track which ensures a better education for that struggling school
standardized testing the same for each student and held under similar conditions, making it a fair test
GPA can be muddled by mental health and the school itself

Globally- not accurate. They don't try over the school year until junior year. Don't necessarily measure what students learn in school. Common core not made by college board. Only success is teaching to the test, in which case students learn the test and not simply the material
College not looking- still huge push in schools. Confusion and brainwashing. Take AP, Don't get into college. Still Stress.
Improvement- don't try, do try
Encourages learning- Our show not, urs must have been bias from one guy ours collective. If urs not bias they just negate. 
GPA- better. Work ethic. Not luck. Not memorization, more fair and accurate.
