So to have a clean and sustainable environment they have invested $11Bn in electrification of cars. They are also focusing on the pay equity within their firm.<br>2. Customers - as they will be getting a car which is way more practical as there will be no engine and more luggage can be accommodated. They can charge their car with ease at home and in much cheaper than the cost of gasoline.<br>Employees - they will be more motivated as they will be getting a pay equal to those on their level and not being discriminated.<br>Local community or society - they will be getting a much more cleaner environment as the carbon footprint will drop significantly.</div>]]></description>
