         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think of growth mindsets as a successful sports team.  You should be able to have all the characteristics of relationships in the classroom.  Students need to care about each other as human beings on this earth.  We need to trust each other to grow and learn from each other.  We need to be good citizens in class to follow certain protocols and systems in class.  We also need to be fair to take turns and not dominate discussions and conversations.  As a team, we will all be successful.</div>]]></description>
