After days of playing with clay, carving into several pieces, each and every single one shattered. I was scared that the same would happen here, so I waited till it was bone dry and faced the consequences. You know, for the first time aside from my wheel experiences, I realized I can’t be scared of something I can learn to control. In reality, I just need to be in tune with my work and feel out where it’ll go.
