         <description><![CDATA[<div>I don't really think this diet is worth it as its very costly.Buying most of these ingredients in this day and age is very expensive .You are also missing out on other key components of your diet like grains and dairy.I also not in need of losing weight at the moment. So I don't think I would need a diet in the first place as I pretty healthy.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that the diet would be worth it in the long run. While it can be costly, it cuts out all processed foods which leads to a lot of weight loss. Eating a wide variety of fruits and veggies gives you a lot of recipe and cooking options. The exercise components focuses on your natural movement, which makes it easier for you to find your own time to exercise rather than going to the gym to get on an elliptical machine. Eating a clean eating diet maintains your body health as well as makes you feel better and gives you more energy.</div>]]></description>
