The origin of my name Nomar came from my grandpa my mom told me that when they were thinking of a name they wanted my name to be Ramon but there were already a lot of guys named Ramon in my family so they put the name backwards and got Nomar. The meaning of the name Nomar is imaginative and content I like my name because its not a common and ordinary name its different and it stands out.

My cultural background consist of being Mexican American and Guatemalan American. My mom was born in Villa Ahumada, Chihuahua Mexico while my dad was born in De Santa Rosa Guatemala. How my dad grew up in Guatemala was very sad when he told me he’d tell me how poor he was but he would provide for his family he told me when he was born he was whiter then the others so his dad said that wasn’t his son when he started to go to school he would do bad in every class but math because that was his very subject he told me how when he got a job and got paid for the first time he spent the money on food for his mom and grandma he told me he would live a bit far from his grandma house and would walk a lot to go to his grandma house he said once he got there he had a special knock for his grandma would know it was him she gave him a special nickname and she would make him food and they would talk and eat together

When my mom use to live in Mexico when she was a little girl she told me one night she was about to go to bed but she had to go close the window she was walking to go close the window until she seen something out the window like little people as what we call it duendes had seen them and ran to go tell her mom and dad and they went to go check but nothing was there so they thought she was lying so they told her to go to bed already and so she was and she had already closed the window but when she went back the window was open again and she got scared she went to see if they were there but there was nothing there after that nothing ever happened again

My favorite hobby is soccer I’ve been playing soccer sense I was a little kid my dad would train me for I can be good at playing I also enjoy watching soccer games I’ve went to the gold cup that was held here In Sofi Stadium where Mexico beat Panama 1-0 my favorite soccer player is Cristiano Ronaldo I’ve always looked up to him when I was younger playing soccer.
