         <description><![CDATA[<p>Many&nbsp;tourists come to Northern Norway to experience the nature, the light , midnight sun and northern lights.&nbsp;</p><p>We are all&nbsp;an active bunch, and we&nbsp;found&nbsp;it challenging and exciting to establish a Activity camp in Tromsø which is open all year, &nbsp;where we provide outdoor activities for both locals,national and international&nbsp;tourists. </p><p>Tromsø Activity Camp is&nbsp;located&nbsp;in Tromsø,&nbsp;and&nbsp;right now&nbsp;is&nbsp;the Company in&nbsp;the establishment phase&nbsp;. The Company&nbsp;is started as a camp for activities in our own region, where the target group are families, group of people with common interests, hobbies, as well as business people. Our goal is to facilitate and invest in various safe and joyful activities that are adapted to the environment and nature around Tromsø. Our objective / business side is to facilitate activities in unspoiled scenic landscape, where customers get a nice nature experience when they are on an activity with Tromsø Activity Camp.</p><p><i><br></i></p>]]></description>

I worked most recently as General manager for a Campsite..</p><p>interests: Travelling, Camping, Music, Mountain&nbsp;hiking.</p><p><b>-Activity director:</b></p><p> Juliia Khodii 11.04.81</p><p>Bergen, Norway. Originally from south of Ukraine. Married. 1 daughter. </p><p>Ihave been working as a teacher&nbsp; for 5 years in my home country. Here in Norway my last experience in labour market&nbsp; was&nbsp;a Hotell&nbsp;receptionist and a waitress.</p><p>From my childhood used to active leisure activity, like hiking&nbsp;in Crimean Mountains, camping, cycling.<em> &nbsp;</em></p>
<p>Skills and characteristics needed:</p>
<p>As Managing Director&nbsp;Stina is innovative and she present new
strategies.&nbsp;She is human and good to organizing and keep control over the
business. It is important that the manager is good at communicating and
observing, and must also be a good networker. She has good economic
understanding.</p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">She will be </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">working with Finance,&nbsp; the staff and&nbsp;the daily operation, and to </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">achieve the objectives for the Company. This also includes the development of </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">the Company; and in addition as Northern Lights Guide.</span></p>
<p>As Marketing Manager Bjørn is outgoing, and very good to express himself both orally and in writing. He loves working with sale and has a huge network.<span style="font-size: 13px;">The marketing manager must </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">be strategic and analytic.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">He will be working with sales for businesses,planning, market and conducts various events and </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">promotions. Other tasks are to implement marketing plans and analysis, and be </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">responsible for the content of Web pages. </span></p>
<p>As Activity Director Julia is solution oriented,&nbsp;flexible and clever to adapt&nbsp;the market.<span style="font-size: 13px;">She has good communication </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">skills witch is important to cooperate with the employees/guides and she has </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">lots of experience with several activities.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Her main tasks will be work with planning, and</span><span style="font-size: 13px;">&nbsp;to establish&nbsp;and develop various activities that&nbsp; we offer</span><span style="font-size: 13px;">&nbsp;to our customers., and she takes care of the training and hiring of new </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">guides.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p>We will have totally six employees in the start. <span style="font-size: 13px;">Besides the </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">managers there will be at least three guides who works in the seasons.</span></p><p>Management team all have their fixed salary , but the Market director get in addition an commission of all the guided tours he manage to sell. The three guides are
only&nbsp;working in the&nbsp;two main seasons, and they have a smaller salary , with
free board and lodging. (For the future when we offer accommodation)</p>We have evaluated our threats and find a couple especially to be the most important to look out for:<br><p>We have great competition of other Activity business.
There&nbsp;is&nbsp;large competion for the best&nbsp; Guides, and&nbsp;we are
looking for the best Guides. We are always&nbsp;dependent of really good
employees with a lot of competence,&nbsp; and one bad experience can give us a bad reputation.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Market segment</p><p>To know our potential customers, their needs and wants&nbsp;we will segment them by geographic area, their interests, life style, behavior,&nbsp;willingness to pay for adventurous and creative way of spending free time, or sightseeing tour. So for our company the following customers are of big interests:</p><p>- Mostly domestic and national&nbsp;visitors </p><p>- as well as cross border tourists and international tourists will represent a small market segment. Though Tromsø situated far in the North but it is convenient to get there. There is quite a good selection of national&nbsp; flights, international flights requires change in Oslo, and seasonal flights directly from big cities such as London-Gatwick, Helsinki and Stockholm.&nbsp;There is also&nbsp;ferry connections to Northern Norway.&nbsp; </p><p>- Nature lovers, and sports active people especially the ones who are interested in winter sport</p><p>- Day visitors and stay over tourists </p><p>- Families and friends</p><p>- Business and professional people</p><p>However, to broaden market group of visitors&nbsp;we offer an unusual tourists activities that helps to explore the area from another view. So ''Near allocentric''&nbsp;travelers are in focus too:</p><p>- Tourists that wants to Explore or Discover new areas and their inner potential</p><p>- Deviates tourists -&nbsp;increases tension by doing something beyond the normal</p><p>- Adventurer, Millennials (18-30 years old)</p><p><strong></strong>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Pricing of our Product/service.</strong></p><p>First, we figure out our benefits, facts that motivates our customer's&nbsp;&nbsp;to use our service and why they choose Tromsø Activity camp as a destination. </p><p>The list of our customer's desires: </p><p>- desire&nbsp;to explore new, unknown areas in the North part of Norway in unusual way</p><p>- desire to spend lesuire time or holidays with fun and adventure</p><p>- evaluation of inner potential,&nbsp;mettle in different quiz games</p><p>- social interaction and enhancement of good relationships between the colligues (teambuilding activity)</p><p>- learning new things and test typical north winter activity like dogsledding or snowbiking, as well as test hobby skills: skiing and skating. </p><p>- being entertained</p><p>- desire to get unforgatable experience</p><p>Tromsø Activity camp attracts visitors with a combination of resources like: nature, climate, landscape, fjords,culture.</p><p>Next we'll make a&nbsp;market research&nbsp;to find out&nbsp;what&nbsp; kind of activities our competitors in Tromsø offers as well as their price. Our competitors are "NorternShorts", "Tromsø safari", "Explore the arctic", "Active Tromsø" </p><p>We&nbsp;calculate our costs when supplying service including Labour, training costs, overheads, renting equipment at our partners.</p><p>To get a sense of the market value of the service we provide, we'll ask our customers to respond to an online questionnaire due to the anonymity, after providing our Product.</p><p><strong>Promotion</strong></p><p>To&nbsp;inform our customers about our tourism product we communicate with our potential visitors (consumer promotion), media and press, local community, online and traditional travel trade intermidiaries (trade promotions).</p><p>-We shall contact the local people that dealing with tourism in Tromsø, travel agents and sellers around Norway with a propositon to try one of our tours and after that sign in&nbsp;a marketing&nbsp;contract.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>-&nbsp;we deliver the leaflets, brochures&nbsp;to the&nbsp;local tourist information&nbsp;centre, local trade shows, festivals in Tromsø and send direct mails to our potential customers.</p><p>- we place our advertisement at local newspaper... and in travel online magazines like "Reisetips.nettavisen.no", "Reiseliv.no"</p><p>- Partnership, linking our Company With "Tromsø outdoor" that have a wide range of equipment for rent, both for winter and summer activity, <span style="font-size: 13px;">to share customer base.&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></p><p>- Internet promotion through web page, where we could link it With social media like: instagram, Facebook. To gain consumers trust and&nbsp;positive relationships we'll use customer's feedback and share it on the company's social web pages.</p><p>- to attract international tourists we link us with TripAdvisor, we upload info about us with logo , reviews, photos there.</p><p><strong></strong>&nbsp; </p><p><strong>Market Share</strong></p><p>We could say that the demand for our product among international tourists would be higher in winter than in summer,  because of the northern lites and snow, mostly from UK, Germany,&nbsp;France.</p><p>Among domestic customers such as Families with kids, freinds, and business people, our product would be of interest mostly on weekends, school and public holidays the whole year</p><p><strong>Example of our advertisement</strong></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>We offer an activity camp for families, friends, business people and professionals, for team building, active holiday,&nbsp;where we combine typical&nbsp;outdoor activity&nbsp;with playful, interactive and creative games.</p><p>We plan to have different activities for the two main seasons witch are summer and winter.</p><p>For the winter we <span style="font-size: 13px;"> will provide activities like:</span></p>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The company´s goal for immediate future is to have enough customers to service our expenses and pay our loans.</p><p>Next goal will be to build our funds to secure the company and ourselves. Link our business with partners in catering industry, transport providers.&nbsp;</p><p>Every year develop one new ecologically sound tour and combine it with new playful outdoor games. </p><p>Share goals with team members and new employees so that they are focused on company's vision,  and motivate all members to contribute ideas to achieve them.</p><p>Within 3-5 years all three of the founders will try to live from the concept by working full time.</p><p>Within 3-5 years we will develop the company to also provide accommodation in our own hostel and by home stays in the region around Tromsø as part of our package product</p>]]></description>

The three funder will be involved full time and are willing to work for a small salary to build the company.<div>In addition, we have different activities than our competitors, and we always have high quality of our Products and our Guides.<p>We have a large target group for our business. We all have long experience, and good local knowledge. We offer Our Product in several markets.
