Effective communication is also for me important as specialy for the non-verbal communication. I like to contact directy with parents about their children., for example. I have bad experience with email contact
Personal contact means more ...I like to see the person.

Today I learned about types of communication and effective communication. In the group I focused on listening instead of speaking in order to understand non verbal communication better. I saw that is easier to see the body language of the group. What did activities during the rain, no one liked that, but we enjoyed the flowers in the botanical garden, in verbal communication, body language, gestures and by eye contact.
