  • This graph may seem to portray accurate information regarding COVID-19 cases, however, look closely at the y-axis. On the y-axis, the graph is created using uneven graph intervals.

  • The uneven y-axis (showing every 30 cases at times, and then other times less than 30 intervals) leads to the results being viewed appear skewed, drastic, jagged and inaccurate.

  • The title is misleading. It states, "New Cases Per Day." This is misleading because it does not elaborate what is being measured in regard to new cases.
