I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of the services provided. I have been a regular customer (I've had a SIM card since Ace&Base) and have always been satisfied with the service. But yesterday the service was not carried out with reasonable care and skill. I couldn`t make outgoing calls. This affected my work speed.
