  •  Allow students the chance for more discovery and allow them to "struggle" more through the lessons.... I feel like I am on my way to achieving this goal because I redesigned my peardecks to follow "CPM"
  • Connect with them more often- more one on one conversations .. especially the students that start to "check out" ... Because I was out on maternity leave I did NOT achieve this goal but will continue this goal into 3/4
  •  Sync Canvas grades to synergy ... Does anyone know how to do this?
  • Hold my kids more accountable for graphing project (check the # of equations that they have each day) ..didn't use the graphing project so this goal is obsolete
  • 6. CAASPP !... Did not have my students re-visit the questions but did give both blocks + exploratory activity of the features 
  • NEW GOAL: My main goal for quarter 3 and 4 is to increase parent communication (especially if a student is not participating)

Building Student/Teacher Rapport - Still in this delirious phase, building rapport with students is an absolute must.

    2. Promoting and Creating a Positive/Campus wide cultural learning environment - As students continue to acclomade back into school, it is importnat that we do everything in our power to promote ALL of our students in every way.

    3. Genrealizing Equitable Access - Student population continues to grow and the more students we get, the easier it is to have a bigger equitabale gap. One such instanc would be something that some may see as harmless; offering extra credit to those that come to after school activities.
