         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>&nbsp;Allow students the chance for more discovery and allow them to "struggle" more through the lessons....<strong> I feel like I am on my way to achieving this goal because I redesigned my peardecks to follow "CPM"</strong></li><li>Connect with them more often- more one on one conversations .. especially the students that start to "check out" ...<strong> Because I was out on maternity leave I did NOT achieve this goal but will continue this goal into 3/4</strong></li><li>&nbsp;Sync Canvas grades to synergy ...<strong> Does anyone know how to do this?</strong></li><li>Hold my kids more accountable for graphing project (check the # of equations that they have each day) ..<strong>didn't use the graphing project so this goal is obsolete</strong></li><li>6. CAASPP !... <strong>Did not have my students re-visit the questions but did give both blocks + exploratory activity of the features&nbsp;</strong></li><li>NEW GOAL: My main goal for quarter 3 and 4 is to increase parent communication (especially if a student is not participating)&nbsp;</li></ul>]]></description>

Promoting and Creating a Positive/Campus wide cultural learning environment</strong> - As students continue to acclomade back into school, it is importnat that we do everything in our power to promote <strong>ALL </strong>of our students in every way. <br><br><strong>3. Genrealizing Equitable Access - </strong>Student population continues to grow and the more students we get, the easier it is to have a bigger equitabale gap. One such instanc would be something that some may see as harmless; offering extra credit to those that come to after school activities. <strong><br></strong><br></div>]]></description>
