1. Different point of views resulting from one's background, finance aspects, various targets;
lack of responses; being not tolerant; personal conflicts; lack of communicationFocus on an individual.
2. Rather impossible - the matter is how to deal with them.
Communication;open mind;tolerance;learn from previous mistakes;open personality;use different techniques of problem solving (mediators...).
3. A person from "outside" should be responsible.
Communication;compromise;open mind; use mediators, a person out of the environment with no power over the people in conflict.
4. Make a psychological profile of persons in conflict to match the way of resolving conflict and the whole approach to them.
Psychological support. Soft skills trainings would also be useful.
5. Remain open minded, listen to advice of experienced people, get involved in extra multinational organizations, learn about body language (!), building awareness of different traditions.
6. Know our boundaries, gaining experience in resolving conflicts. Different protocol of communication. Know-how conflict skills.
